Community Responders Program

Every Tuesday, weather permitting, residents and community stakeholders meet at the corner of Woodbrook and Retreat at 8 am to work together by cleaning, sweeping, and removing debris from the sidewalks, gutters, and public access areas. Cleaner neighborhoods lead to safer communities.

Participating residents receive identifiable T-shirts, "Penn-North Unified" . Taking pride in helping to eradicate excessive litter and debris gives a community a positive identity throughout Baltimore.
