We listen to our youth to ensure we have an authentic and strong relationship: Key to our success. Our students receive academic support, new career paths opportunities, paid internships, a format to have their voices heard without judgment, and a peaceable environment that is conducive for them to create and grow into civic-minded adults. Our print publication, I BelongMagazine.com, provides our teens with marketing, advertising, public relations, and branding protection experiences.
North Star Baltimore is a student-led program of Unified Efforts, Inc. Our Northstar logo designed by TBC, Inc. Baltimore, MD. The North Star is the brightest star, in Ursa Minor, at the end of the handle of the Little Dipper. The northern axis of the Earth points towards it, and to keep from getting lost the North Star is used in navigation and astronomy. As a youth-led organization, we trust our youth to lead the way in discovering paths to sustainable peaceful resolutions.

UE's mission is simple: reduce summer learning loss. Provide specialty, multipurpose and academic programs for students year-round to minimize academic loss when school-aged children are out of school for extended times.
